Following yesterday’s ruling by the Supreme Court relating to Business Interruption Insurance Claims, we would like to advise our clients that each insurer will now need to carefully review the decision and interpret how this will apply to each policy.

This ruling will only apply to certain policies which contain a very specific infectious disease wording, therefore, it may take sometime before we receive a response from insurers.

We understand the importance of this for many of our clients and we will update you as soon as we hear any further information.
